A structured 4–6 month program for a leader and team when collaboration, responsibility, trust, decision-making or execution are starting to block results.

Clarity Compass is an anonymous group-level management diagnostic that helps leadership see where strategy, roles, priorities, decisions and accountability are actually getting stuck in day-to-day work.

The diagnostic helps assess:

  • whether goals and priorities are clear enough;
  • whether people understand how their role contributes to organizational goals;
  • whether responsibility and decision rights are understood;
  • whether agreements actually move into execution;
  • where effective work gets stuck most often.
