About me and how I help you

When leaders feel stuck, it’s rarely because they don’t have enough information. It’s because everything feels important, the trade-offs are unclear, and decisions keep looping.

I help leaders under pressure end decision loops, lock priorities, and execute with calm clarity. Together we turn complex, messy situations into a clear decision path and practical next steps you can actually follow through on.

My background

I bring a rare combination of real-world executive experience and professional coaching. I’ve served as a senior executive (CTO and program leader) in high-pressure, regulated environments and led delivery across large infrastructure and energy programs, including €3B+ initiatives. That means I understand decisions where time, money, reputation, and people are all on the line.

What you can expect from working with me

  • Fast, structured clarity on the real problem (not the loudest symptoms)

  • Decisions that “click” because the trade-offs are clear and owned

  • Stakeholder alignment and accountability so execution doesn’t drift

  • Calm confidence under pressure, without burning out

My stance
Decision loops often happen when complex trade-offs get treated as “right vs wrong”.
Clarity is choosing the trade-off you can stand behind.

How we work

1. Clarify the decision: We define what decision you’re actually making, what constraints matter, and what options are real. No more circular debate.

2. Lock priorities and ownership: We align stakeholders, define roles, and make the “next move” obvious. If no one owns it, it won’t happen.

3. Execute with rhythm: We turn the decision into a short execution plan and a cadence that keeps momentum, even when new fires appear.

Optional: walk-and-think sessions to reset perspective and break habitual patterns.
